Not lemon, not orange, but a very rare blend of lemon and orange oil with a refreshing and pleasant aroma.

Lemon: Femminello variety from Siracusa IGP 
Orange: Nocellara variety 

■ Flavor The base is homemade olive oil, but the olive oil aroma is very mild, allowing the citrus scent of lemon and orange to spread throughout the mouth. The bitterness from the olive oil is very slight. 
■ Food Pairings Ideal for making dressings. It pairs perfectly with dishes that complement citrus, such as carpaccio, salads, chicken, pork, beef, and more—use it however you like. Adding orange to a salad and drizzling this over it creates a harmonious and delicious salad. Try mixing a small amount into Japanese-style tofu salad, drizzling it over a finished cake, or pouring it over gateau au chocolat... It can be used for both Japanese cuisine and baking. I often make carrot cake and use this agrumi oil in it. Even after baking, it retains a gentle aroma that my family loves. While flavored oils often lose their aroma when heated, this oil has such a robust scent that it can also be used for cooking.

Since the flavor remains robust even when heated, it is also recommended for finishing seafood and meat dishes. It pairs well with dressings, carpaccio, and salads, making it a versatile oil to enjoy in many ways.
